Welcome to the holiday apartment Haus Collina. This apartment, approximately 95 m², is located in Flims Waldhaus and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The cozy living room features a sofa and armchair, TV/DVD, stereo system, books, games, and puzzles. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, a Moka French press machine, cheese fondue set, blender, and a variety of kitchen utensils. One bedroom is furnished in Biedermeier style with a double bed (special length 2.10 m) and carpeted flooring. The second bedroom has a double bed, running water, and wooden flooring. The family bathroom with natural daylight includes a bathtub, shower, WC, and a hairdryer. The rental price includes Wi-Fi, an outdoor parking space, ski storage, and shared use of the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request.

Haus Collina was built in 1927 in the Graubünden Art Nouveau style and is located in Flims Waldhaus, just 2 minutes from the ski bus stop “Flims Waldhaus Abzw il Stutz.” In summer, it’s only 5 minutes to the Segnes bus stop. The mountain lifts and Stenna Center (groceries, pharmacy, and cinema) are within a 15-minute walk. In good snow conditions, the downhill run via the Waldhaus slope brings you almost directly to the house.
