This exclusive 4.5-room penthouse (approx. 150 m²) is located in a modern multi-family house in Flims Waldhaus and offers an impressive view of the Flims mountain landscape. Here, comfort, style, and nature come together in perfect harmony. The apartment features three tastefully furnished bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The third room is a children’s room with a single bed (with a pull-out option) and a loft bed accessible by a ladder – ideal for older children. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults, with a total of up to 7 people including children. There are two high-quality bathrooms available. One features a shower and WC, while the larger bathroom also includes a relaxing bathtub – perfect for unwinding after an active day. Additionally, the apartment has a small bio-sauna for up to two people, offering a private wellness oasis to recharge after outdoor activities. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area with a cozy fireplace (wood must be provided by guests). Adjacent is an elegant dining area and a modern open kitchen – ideal for social evenings. Large windows offer stunning views of the mountains. The Promenada Penthouse is located in a multi-family house in Flims Waldhaus. Restaurants, cafés, and bars are within immediate walking distance, as is the bus stop for the public shuttle to Flims Dorf or Laax.
