This is an alpine destination that goes beyond postcard beauty: here, the mountains are part of everyday life. In winter, Laax is one of Europe’s most renowned centers for skiing and snowboarding, with direct access to the Crap Sogn Gion lifts and internationally famous snowparks. In summer, the landscape transforms into a vast natural playground of panoramic hiking trails, fragrant forests, and emerald-green lakes such as the nearby Caumasee, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Guests also greatly appreciate the local culinary scene. Mountain restaurants, panoramic huts, and modern venues offer Swiss cuisine, regional Grisons specialties, and international dishes, often with a strong focus on sustainability.
