The 30m2 one-bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished and offers a unique atmosphere with a lounge on the balcony facing the inner courtyard. You will also find a range of extras here that go well beyond the standards of average Booking apartments. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, hot oven, efficient dishwasher, fragrant coffee machine, etc., has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Coffee pods and tea are naturally included in our kitchen equipment. You also have access to a wireless printer, unlimited WLAN, a large TV with various international channels and NETFLIX. The apartment is characterized by its quiet yet central location and has a cozy balcony with lounge. A comfortable large double bed (160x200cm) with cozy, anti-allergenic covers is available for sleeping. A blanket and pillow per person are included. With two armchairs and a sofa, the apartment offers even more opportunities to relax with a book or a good series. You will also find everything you need in the bathroom: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo, and toilet paper. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible via an elevator or stairs.
