Company info

I first traveled to Costa Rica in 1999 and fell in love with the country and the people. I decided to move here in 2006, took scuba diving courses, became a certified Divemaster, then started a sailing tour company. I sold the sailboat and business in 2018 and started managing properties. One neighbor referred me to another and suddenly I found myself with a business. The Costa Ricans that work with me have been with me for years. We do the cleaning, maintenance and construction. I treat them very well, as they do the same for me. We try and do our absolute best, high quality work and provide the best service possible. We are always just a phone call away!

Casa Selva is a two story ocean and creek views house at the entrance to San Martín Sur and across the road from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, hot water showers, high speed internet, sleeping space for 8, and an excellent location between Uvita and Dominical. The property has old trees and there are hundreds of birds here every single day. Toucans, howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, iguanas and all kinds of animals can be observed right from the balconies!
