Nestled between the jungle & the sea where the mountainside meets the Pacific coast offering a spectacular wide open ocean view cradled by lush nature that grants you peace and serenity, yet keeps you in a centrally-located place. A surfer’s paradise as the point break is easily viewed! The beach is a short trip crossing the Pacific Coast highway about a quarter mile and about 1.5 km away from downtown Dominical which offers boutique style organic & vegan stores, restaurants, bars and cafés.
My wife and I enjoy hosting because we get excited to share the experience that our home offers. We are happy top accommodate to our guests and their vacation needs especially when they are wanting to tour and explore the area. It's always fun to see their reaction once they see the spectacular ocean and sunset views from the villa.
The property is in a gated community of 14 estate homes nestled in an array of lush jungle & fruit trees. A variety of birds, monkeys , iguanas and other local animals habitat here. Dominical beach & town is just 2 minutes away and is known for its surf break, yoga centers, spa , farmers market and delicious restaurants. They also offer an urgent care and local pharmacy. Hermosa Beach is 5 minutes south and hosts the famous annual Envision Festival. Uvita is about 15 minutes south and is known for its Marino Ballena National Park where you can see the beach forming into a beautiful whales tail shape. Manuel Antonio National Park is about 30 minutes north. This private gated community is the closest to Dominical village and has safe grounds and roads making access to the property easy for either driving or walking. It’s on a hillside so it’s great for taking a morning walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. 4X4 is recommended but NOT necessary for reaching the property, just a great way to explore into those adventurous areas that Costa Rica is known for. Parking is easily available all along the front side of the property.
