Julie's Beach House is a two bedroom apartment located in Voroklini right on the beachfront (less than 80 meters walk)! You can literally walk out of the apartment wearing just your bathing suit and walk to the beach. The best feature of this property is the panoramic sea view visible from all of its rooms and balconies. This property offers access to the beach within a 2 minute walk, an outdoor swimming pool (with a separate kids pool), and a tennis court (tennis equipment are included in the apartment). There is also an outdoor children's playground (covered with a rooftop) located on the way to the beach. It has free covered parking, and an entrance gate that operates with a remote control for the guests' privacy. It is fully air-conditioned, has free WIFI, has one bathroom, one living room featuring a flat screen smart TV with Netflix, sofa, table, chairs... The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and all the necessary electric cooking appliances. Face and body towels are provided, as well as bedsheets, blankets, etc. The first bedroom has one very comfortable extra large double bed which can be changed to a twin bed or two single beds if this is requested by the guests prior to their arrival. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to form a twin bed or can be converted to a double bed, upon request prior to the guests' arrival. The balconies are equipped with outdoor chairs and coffee table as well as two sun loungers for sunbathing. Just across the road you will find a bus stop with buses to all other cities as well as to the city center of Larnaca and to Larnaca Airport. Within 5 minutes walk, you can find a variety of restaurants/cafes, fast food, pubs/bars, supermarkets/minimarkets, hairdresser/barber, bingo hall, scuba diving school and much more. For the most part, you will not need a taxi/car/bike during your stay. Enjoy your stay!!!!
