The property is always maintained and decorated every other year. We have just updated some of the furniture and blinds and we can honestly say that what you see in the photographs is just how it is when you get there. We like to keep things fresh and updated all the time. There is a water cooler in the apartment and everyone says how wonderful it is to have it there - especially in the summer months. We are always adding new items to the kitchen and it certainly does have a home from home feel. We have a unit in the hallway just full of exciting things for our younger guests, from colouring books and pencils, games, buckets & spades, books, DVD's for all ages, Play station 2 with games and 2 controllers, we have board games for all and books for all ages. We even have a first aid kit and a sewing kit - you just never know when that button may pop! We also have leaflets and maps in the apartment and we will also give our recommendations of where to go - it's just like having your own personal guide. There's a small welcome pack of food and drink upon arrival to get you started and our Rep will meet you at the apartment to welcome you and hand over the keys. Perfect!

We based our apartments around our children as they were growing up and made sure we had everything we could possibly think of to make parents life easy when on holiday. I think we can say that we achieved that from the reviews we have on our website. We have something for everyone of all ages in our apartment so all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy – we’ve taken care of everything. Our background is property rentals and we love what we do. We put a lot of research into all our properties so our guests enjoy their holiday. At least 60% of our guests return either the following year or the year after. We try to keep our prices competitive and include rather a lot because we like to make every guest feel at home and we always listen to feedback as that adds to making guests holiday perfect. Our communication is very good and we like to make sure our guests have all the details they need before their holiday and we are always contactable should you need us before or during your holiday.

We just love this village, it has absolutely everything you need, there are some of the best restaurants in the village where many people from other areas and locals come to. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, bank, best bakery, restaurants, take aways, a few bars and even a few shops to do a bit of shopping. They are all dotted around the village but everything is within walking distance. There is a bus service in the village to the town and taxis are readily available. There's even a small mountain if you feel like hiking up there and you can see the lovely views of Larnaca bay.
