The 58 m² ground-floor apartment accommodates 2 guests and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate WC. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and insect screens are also provided. A highlight is the private terrace with seating and a sunshade—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. You can also share the garden with your hosts. Shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy are just minutes away. Eriskirch train station is about a 5-minute drive, offering quick access to Friedrichshafen. The popular Eriskirch lakeside beach is also just a few minutes away by car—perfect for swimming, strolling, or enjoying views of the Alps. The Lake Constance region offers plenty of cycling and hiking routes along the lake, plus varied excursions to places like Meersburg, Konstanz, or Bregenz in Austria. On-site parking is available.
