The apartment features 3 bedrooms (bedroom 3 is accessed via bedroom 2), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, and a generous open-plan kitchen with a large corner bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. A washing machine is also available. Access to the loggia is possible from both the living room and bedroom 1. In the garden, you'll find a small trampoline and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Additional barbecue options are available at the covered house entrance. Bicycles can be stored free of charge in the bike garage in the annex.
