Welcome to Holiday il Macellaio, a non-smoking apartment located just a short walk (4–6 minutes) from the pedestrian zone, the market square, the main train station, the Saalbau, and the wine festival. The living room features a cozy sofa, Smart TV, and stereo system. Free Wi-Fi.. Ideal for couples, active guests, wine enthusiasts, and business travelers. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and basic essentials. The bed (1.60m x 2.00m, firm/H3 mattress) is made up according to the season upon arrival. The shower room (separate from the toilet) is stocked with standard towels, a hairdryer, and shower gel. There are two separate toilets. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the rear building within a historic complex (ensuring no street noise) and is accessible only via stairs. On the first floor, there is a covered patio with seating´suitable for use as a smoking area as well as a home gym. On the ground floor large room for bicycles and bike racks. ➔ Plenty of affordable parking (50 cents/hour) is available nearby (10–80m), along with EV charging stations. ➔ Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM (usually via key safe, though personal check-in is also possible by arrangement). ➔ Detailed information regarding this will be provided after booking and again three days prior to arrival via the extranet.

A little about me: I grew up in Neustadt (so please don't expect High German smile!), and I’ve been running my Apartment since 2014 (on here since 2017) with a real passion for hosting. I’m a passionate motorcyclist, enjoy sports and traveling, and love meeting new people. The idea for the vacation rental came from a long friendship in Tuscany, where I also had the chance to learn a thing or two about the hospitality industry. Located in a recently renovated area, the apartment is easy to find on Talstraße in the city center of Neustadt an der Weinstraße an ideal base for exploring the Palatinate region on foot or by train. Walking distances: Bakery in the building next door (perfect for fresh breakfast rolls) – Supermarket (Lidl): 3 min – Pedestrianzone, Market Square with lots of restaurants & the Stiftskirche: 5 min. (300 m) – Neustadt Central Station, Saalbau Building or Winefest: 6-7 min. (700 m) Nearby attractions: – Hambach Castle ("Cradle of German Democracy"): approx. 8 min. by car – Palatinate Forest (hiking paradise): right on the doorstep – Wineries & wine taverns: numerous options in and around Neustadt – the German Weinstrasse: the apartment is located right in the heart of it in the middle from Bockenheim and Schweigen. By train, you can reach Mannheim and Kaiserslautern in a maximum of 30 minutes; Heidelberg, Speyer, and France (Alsace) also make for perfect day trips.
