This very tastefully furnished Hotz vacation apartment in Radolfzell on Lake Constance is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The apartment has been completely renovated and the entire interior is perfectly coordinated; every item is new - first occupancy. It is furnished in every detail so that all possible wishes have been considered in advance. The 76 m² accommodation consists of a large living room with terrace access, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with separate WC and offers ideal space for 2 adults (a child from 5 to 12 years could also be accommodated). Facilities also include WiFi, a Smart TV with streaming services and a fan. The apartment is bright and offers a private outdoor area with garden, open terrace and, in front of the house, a covered breakfast terrace with morning sun. A private parking space is available in the underground garage. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The accommodation has a storage room for bicycles.
