We want you to know exactly what you are to expect. The main advantage of the house, set in peaceful surroundings, is its perfect suitability for large families or groups. Here you can be based together all under one roof and enjoy your precious days of holiday together. The large dining table can be pulled out to provide ample space for up to 10 people. You can also sit in the garden together or gather around the open-air barbecue. The holiday house has 3 toilets in total. The house is situated some 20 minutes from Lake Constance. Should one wish to rent a holiday home directly on the lake then this could prove disadvantageous. We view our location as a positive feature: in just 20 minutes you will be at the lake to enjoy its beauty for the whole day. The evenings can then be spent 'at home', away from the hectic, able to enjoy the delights of the large garden and the peacefulness of the surroundings. Price is also a very large deciding factor. Properties directly on the lake tend to be much dearer than those situated a little further away. This can be the deal breaker for larger families or groups. Please note that dogs are welcome at our property, however not more than 2.
