A stay in our holiday home Landhaus Lotten is more than just a mere vacation in a holiday apartment, tasteful interior in a cozy atmosphere. EXQUISITE. COMFORTABLE. IDYLLIC. The Landhaus Lotten is located between Elbmarsch and Heide directly on the Stöckter Deich at the edge of the nature reserve "Untere Ilmenauniederung". The rental property includes an approximately 150 m² large apartment over 2 levels as well as a large garden with a sun terrace and jetty for exclusive use. Private main entrance. The Landhaus Lotten consists of two completely separate living units. The WG on the upper floor is a private second apartment. The LANDHAUS LOTTEN welcomes you in the spacious foyer of the house. Following this are the living room, dining room, and kitchen, combined in one large space, cleverly divided into its sections. In the spacious upper area of our country house, there is a bedroom with balcony, a bathroom, a guest WC, as well as a dressing room with ample space and a safe.
