Welcome to the "Living The Green" apartment – a charming basement flat of about 60 m², offering you a relaxing and comfortable stay. The apartment features two sleeping areas: a separate bedroom with two new single beds, and another bedroom in a connecting room, also with two new single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, providing enough space for up to five guests. The cozy living room invites you to unwind and includes a piano and a stylish wood-burning fireplace as a decorative highlight. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and a small dining area is available for shared meals. The bathroom can be closed with a folding door for privacy. Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the utility room and a dryer outside. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. A special highlight is the large garden with a covered dining area—ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors. The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking. For electric cars, two charging stations with 11 kW and 22 kW are available. The location is convenient: supermarkets and restaurants are within about 500 meters on foot.
