The charm of an old building apartment paired with the advantages of a new building apartment. In 2022 this beautiful old building apartment was completely renovated. Much emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and a beautiful atmosphere. Likewise, a high-quality kitchen with all the important electrical built-in appliances was installed. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped from cutlery to coffee maker and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a tiled rain shower to relax and feel good. Towels, hair dryer and more are also available here. For pleasant nights there is a box spring bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. In the case of the sofa bed, care was taken to ensure that the couch is equipped with a thick mattress for high sleeping comfort. Thus, there is enough space in the apartment for up to four people. Through the large windows you have a super view over Meckenbeuren and even on the "Säntis". For multimedia and communication there are two flat screen TVs and free, fast WLAN. For longer stays there is a great washer-dryer, which can be used free of charge.

Due to the central location and good connections, you can reach all major cities in no time. Likewise, you can get to the lake, the trade fair, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and many other places in a few minutes. Various supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, the train station and public transport are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
