Our modern 55 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is located in our newly built family home. What awaits you: - Fully equipped kitchen - Living area with pull-out sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi - Bedroom with a 2x2 m bed and wardrobe - Practical extras: utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, 2 extra beds, and bedding for small children - Private terrace with seating (view of a landscaped stairway, illuminated in the evening), small sandbox Important note: Please note that a new building is currently being constructed next to our house. Occasional construction noise may occur during the day. Our outdoor area is also still being completed. However, your apartment is not affected, so you can still look forward to a comfortable stay.
