Spread over two floors, the house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests (4 full beds and 1 sofa bed). Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, children’s books, and toys. A baby cot is also available. The cozy Swedish-style house creates a warm atmosphere and provides a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, and playground. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided. Pets, smoking, and events or visitors are not allowed. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. Waste separation guidelines will be explained to you on site. The property features water- and energy-saving systems, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
