It features a living room, a bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher (with coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, bread slicer, ceramic cooktop and oven, and refrigerator/freezer). There is also a shower room with a hairdryer. A garden terrace with awning and garden furniture, TV, and stereo system is provided. Blackout blinds are installed in all rooms.
