The charm of an old apartment coupled with the advantages of a new flat. It has placed great emphasis on high quality materials and a nice atmosphere. Likewise, a high quality kitchen with all major electrical equipment was installed. In addition, the kitchen is up to the coffee machine fully equipped from utensils and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a tiled rain shower, a bath and plenty of space to relax and feel good. Here are towels, hair dryer and other stuff available. For pleasant nights is available a boxspring and a very comfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed was taken to ensure that the bed is equipped with a thick mattress for big and cozy sleep comfort. Thus, in the apartment is enough space for up to four people. A small but nice balcony invites you to enjoy a coffee or even a wine. For multimedia and communication, there are two flat-screen TVs and free, fast wireless. For longer stays, there is a great wash dryer, which can be used free of charge.

The central location and easy access to reach all major cities in no time. Likewise, to get in a few minutes to the lake, the exhibition, the ferry, the airport, to Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and many other places. Several supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, train and public transport are located 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
