Duquesa Fairways is a first floor 2 bed 2 bath one ensuite, stylish and spacious, fully air conditioned (hot and cold) apartment located on a beautiful resort surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It has two fantastic swimming pools, one pool open all year round. The apartment boasts wonderful views has 2 terraces, front and back so sun all day. Walk to bars and restaurants. Close to beach and La Duquesa Port with a host of restaurants of all nationalities.
We have owned this apartment for some years. We previously lived in Spain full time but are now resident in the UK and enjoy trips over to the apartment as often as we can. Our family and Grandchildren love the urbanisation and the location being close to the Port and beaches.
The area is safe and local to bars, restaurants and the Port and beaches (within walking distance)
