It consists of 3 bedrooms of different sizes, Double room (19 m2), Double room with terrace and Double room with garden view (the smallest are about 12.50 m2). The latter 2 are equipped with a folding bed due to their modest size. All rooms are equipped with soundproof glazing,as we are located close to the airport and sometimes along the day there is noise of planes taking off and landing, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach, next to a golf course and 10 minute walk to the largest shopping center in Malaga and train station. There is a bathroom with shower in each one, towels and sheets, smart LED TV and wifi. Pool available from June to September. Bus stop to the city centre in front of the property.
