You have found the best penthouse in the center of Tarifa (Cádiz, Spain). Los Lances beach 5 minutes walk. Old town 2 minutes. Port 4 minutes. Penthouse with 3 double rooms,. Elevator from the garaje and main floor to our apartment. But it,s not suitable for people with reduced mobility because it,s distributed in two floors, 2º floor and roof top floor, conected with interior stairs . Incredible views of Africa, the sea and beaches. terrace with private jacuzzi, direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi in the same floor. It,s avialable for our guests community pool and garage included in the price of the apartment. Direct entrance to the old town, 150 meters, through the Jerez gate, 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Air conditioning and a place to dry and soften your wetsuit and harness after a Kite, Windsurf or Wing session. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...

Neighborhood info

2 minutes walk (150 meters) from the historic center of Tarifa. 5 minutes walk from the port and Los Lances beach. It is wonderful to walk out of the apartment and lose yourself in the streets of the old town of Tarifa through the Jerez gate. The best location you can find in Tarifa, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, garage and 3 double rooms
