This all exterior duplex studio apartment offers unbeatable panoramic sea views from all rooms, air conditioning and private swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols, lawn garden and is located in the best area of the Benalmadena coast. This beachfront accommodation also has a terrace to admire the panoramic views and free parking nearby. The property features free high-speed fibre-optic WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Towels and bed linen are provided in the flat.

The area is a privilege, we have close to all kinds of services, both public and private, transport, restaurants, leisure, monuments, various sports facilities and the best thing is that the flat is located in front of the beach. Located in the best area in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the area known as Arrollo de la Miel-Benalmádena Costa, it has all the services within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, promenade, beaches, as well as attractions such as the Selwo Marina animal park next to the large Parque de la Paloma, the aquarium and the leisure and restaurant area of Puerto Marina, the typical village area of La Carihuela and Torremolinos, etc, etc.
