We are a small family team used to managing various companies: stores, wholesale, real estate. We are Pepe and Nuria and we are used to customer service. We love food and travel so we think we know what you might like when you're with us. So, if you wish, it will be a pleasure to explain everything we like about our City and its surroundings, our favorite places to have tapas, more formal dinners, have a drink or places to visit.

A very important thing to know beforehand is that the Metro ( underground) is about a 16-minute walk away and in 10 minutes it takes you to the Remedios neighborhood where the Seville Fair is held in April - it is very convenient to go home by Metro as taxis tend to be saturated-, in 5 more minutes you have another stop right in the center of the city. By car it takes 10/12 minutes to get to the city center. Our accommodation, with private indoor parking, is in a very quiet area, the orientation of its terrace is South-West, allowing it to have a large number of sunny hours, which is highly appreciated, especially in winter and spring. On the other hand, in summer we have centralized air conditioning throughout the apartment and a seasonal community pool. It is NOT a vacation resort, but an apartment in a building where families live permanently. We have decorated it with all our love with a simple style and warm designer furniture. We really think that we offer you a very nice apartment to spend a few days with everything you need, including a 49-inch TV with Amazon Prime Video and high-speed Wi-Fi - 500 mg/sg contracted-

Although we will give you all this information in a personalized email with a link to the GUEST GUIDE that you will receive a couple of days before your arrival, we anticipate that you will be in a residential area away from the hubbub of the town center but with all the that you need just a few minutes walk away and with an unbeatable connection to Seville both by public transport (Metro and Bus) and by private car. !!. In 10/12 minutes by car you will be in the center of Seville and if you want to go to the beach you have the exit to the highway very close and in 45 minutes you have the closest beaches in Huelva - Matalascañas, next to the Doñana natural park - and many other beaches about 15 minutes away. On the other hand, we are 8/10 minutes by car from an 18-hole golf course; the Club Zaudin, for golf fans.
