Little Apartments begins to function with the management of our own apartments. After almost 10 years of experience and with a great desire to move forward, we created our own comprehensive vacation accommodation management company and so put our experience and enthusiasm at the service of guests who wish to stay in our apartments, our fundamental objective being full satisfaction. of the guest Smart Lock Access to the apartment is through the Staymyway App. Guests must download this app. Before arrival, you will need to register your ID in the Staymyway App, providing photos of your ID and a selfie. You will also need to sign the rental agreement and the traveler's information for each guest. All this information is necessary to complete the Traveler's Entry Form, following the requirements of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior regarding the identification and registration of users of certain tourist establishments and those who rent vehicles with or without a driver. For the prevention and investigation of terrorism, Regional Decree 31/2024 of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Regional Government of Andalusia requires that guests be given a document in the form of a contract with the details related to their reservation. This document is the contract that must be signed by both parties. In compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the data will be processed by the host for the purpose of managing the accommodation, the data provided directly by the interested party with their consent and will be transferred to the Police under the provisions of article 25.1 of the aforementioned Organic Law 4/201, of March 30, on the protection of citizen security.
