We require a security deposit, which will be requested from the client 10 days prior to the reservation date after booking with us at our facilities. The deposit amount is 100 E per stay. It will be refunded within 7 business days via bank transfer. The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer as specified in the listing. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION IF THIS METHOD IS NOT MET (AS IT WOULD VIOLATE THE CHECK-INSTALLATION RULES OF THE PLATFORM). Immerse yourself in the heart of Malaga and enjoy the city's historic center without sacrificing peace and quiet. Discover our apartments, each with its own name and story. They are fully equipped to meet all your needs, including air conditioning, a kitchen with appliances, a private bathroom with towels and a hand dryer, Smart TV, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. We also have cribs and extra beds available upon request. We are pet-friendly and welcome small to medium-sized pets upon request. In compliance with the regulations of the Andalusian Regional Government, we are a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, and violations will result in a fine.

We are located at Calle Malasaña 7, in the “La Trinidad” neighborhood, located in a privileged location in the city of Malaga. With us, you will have the center just a 3-minute walk away (as we say, you just have to cross the bridge). You can visit the emblematic Calle Larios (or the street of lights), the Malaga Cathedral (the manquita), the Picasso museum, or the port and its majestic Muelle Uno. Enjoy a walk through the Alameda del Parque, to go to Malagueta beach or to visit the English cemetery (the oldest in Spain for non-Catholic Christians). Without having to take the car.
