This lovely holiday apartment has 2 balconies with views to the mountains and the campo. You will have the sun all day. The complex has 2 community pools, one of the pools is heated and opens all year round. The complex is within walking distance to bars and restaurants of Monte duquesa and a further 10 min walk down hill to the port of Duquesa with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Those with any mobility issues would need a car as the complex is at the top of a hill.it’s great place for families.
Hi, my name is Linda and live in the UK but own a lovely apartment in Duquesa Fairways, Manilva, Spain. I am close to retirement age and spend as much time as possible in Spain. I am avail 24/7 by phone or WhatsApp. I do have friends Sue and Pete who manage the apt for me who live close to the apt and will be there to meet you and show you around. Pete is also happy to offer a personal service for seeing the sights of the local area and transport to and from the airport.
A family friendly complex with lovely large pools and gardens. It’s an urbanisation at the top of a hill with a scenic walk down to the lively port. Boats trips can be arranged from the port. The lovely town of Estepona is a 20 drive or bus ride, with Porto banus 30 mins away. Gibraltar airport is 25 mins and Malaga an hour.
