Atalaya Alta, Villa Yvonne This beautiful property is located inside an exuberant Mediterranean garden that goes right down to the beach. It features a private patio with total intimacy equipped with a swimming pool, a bar and a solarium. The house has a master bedroom opened to a big glazed terrace with amazing garden and sea views. The second bedroom with two individual beds is opened to another glazed gallery throught which we can access the swimming pool (the ideal place to enjoy a good book while the kids play in the water). From the kitchen we go up to the Tower, a room from which we can enjoy the privileged location of this property. The sofa can be converted in a double bed transforming the Tower into a beautiful guest room. The house also offers two bathrooms, one kitchen and a beautiful salon-dining room with sea views. The Atalaya Alta is equipped with central natural gas heating and air conditioned in all the rooms, a perfect place to enjoy holidays in summer as well as in winter. In the price are included two parking lots and free high speed Internet.
