Be Casa is a new lodging concept that offers the flexibility that many people have been demanding for a long time. In Be Casa you will have all the good things of staying at home with the comforts of a hotel. Here you can stay as you want and as long as you want, with the intimacy of an apartment, the services of a hotel and common areas to live and live together. That is what we call flexibility: The flexibility to feel in the privacy of your own apartment, whether you stay for days, weeks, months or as long as you want. The flexibility of being able to organize a barbecue, cool off in the pool, have a business meeting, relax for a while or invite your friends to dinner without leaving Be Casa. For us, flexibility and freedom are synonymous. That's why, whoever you are and wherever you come from, you'll feel like you're in the freest place in the world. - The pool is seasonal and is available from June 14 to September 14. - Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 25 kilos. A supplement of 10 e per day/pet will be applied (maximum one pet per apartment). - The credit card used must be in the name of the person staying at the property. - Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. - All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - A damage deposit of e200 will be requested for stays longer than 7 days by credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after departure. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been checked out. - If the rate is non-refundable, the hotel reserves the right to request at check-in the credit card used to pay in advance and the ID of the cardholder. - This accommodation is not suitable for parties.

The swimming pool is seasonal: opens the 14th of June and closes the 14rd of September. • When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of e10 per pet, per night applies. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment and only pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos are permitted. • Guests are required to show a photo identification (e.g. passport) and a credit card upon check-in. • Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. • For stays longer than 7 days, a deposit of e200 is required on arrival to cover any damages and this will be collected by credit card. This deposit will be requiered for all reservations of 4 bedrooms apartment, regardless of the number of nights. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property and should be refunded in 7 days following check-out. • For non-refundable rates, the hotel reserves the right to request, at check-in, both the credit card used to pay in advance and the cardholder’s ID. • Parties are not allowed. Two parking areas are available: one free outdoor parking area and one indoor or covered parking area for a fee of 12e per day
