Fantastic just renovated, 50 MP apartment, studio at the lower level of my townhouse, with full equipped kitchen, and a huge bathroom. Top notch design, with smart lights, high end appliances, fridge, microwave,kettle,toaster,cofffe machine,LG washer and dryer machine, 55 Samsung QLED Smart TV-all BRAND NEW. Outside you can enjoy a well appointed tropical garden, this apartment has its own garden outside the separate entrance, where you can enjoy a coffee or drinks on a patio set provided. Singing birds all around will make your stay unforgettable. Very quiet area closed to everything. 5 min walk to the beach, bus stop, brand new Lidl,restaurants one Spanish and one English, Casino,convenience store. The property is located behind the Torrequebrada Golf Course , a heaven for golfers. Book with confidence !

Torrequebrada is located behind one of the largest golf course,Torrequebrada Golf Course on the Costa del Sol, very safe, secluded and established community, family oriented, not recommended for partying, but for your enjoyment and resting. Community has 2 beautiful manicured gardens for your moments of relaxation, where u you can relax and do bird watching and listening. And also our guests could enjoy a bath in the community swimming pool and enjoy the picturesque of the mountains , which is never crowded, unless they want to go to the beach. The entrance to the community is conveniently located on the Avenida de Europa, (and go through the tropical gardens),where you can park your car for free, ore use the Calle de Inglaterra if you need to use the car. Avenida de Europa is one of the most beautiful streets in the area,with future Lidl You can easily and pleasantly walk to the beach 250m, and 5 min to the bus station, restaurants ,Casino,or the closest store. At the end of the street there are 2 cafeteria, pubs one English and one Spanish, a bank, grocery store, hairdressers, vet clinic, tourists office,Casino, all you need for a perfect stay.
