Welcome to Candelaria10 A historic building situated in an old building of the 18th century with listed parts which has been renovated entirely in 2018. Everything has been rebuilt carefully, especially the balconies and the typical 'cierros andaluces' (windows to the patio and to the plaza). Completely renovated with 5 exclusive apartments. All apartments offer balconies overlooking the Plaza Candelaria. An ideal space in the heart of the historic center of Cádiz. One of the oldest cities in Europe and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Let yourself be guided by the cool air corridor leading you to the traditional patio Andaluz and watch the sunset over the cathedral from the rooftop terrace. Throughout your stay on the unique peninsular, C10 will be your familiar haven, a timeless place for rest and recreation.

Plaza Candelaria It's one of the most beautiful and green squares in Cádiz, situated in the heart of the historic old town. All places of interest are within a few minutes walking distance and it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, Beach, market hall and train station. Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square. Nowadays you will find a variety of shops and fine restaurants. One of our favorite places is the Café Royalty, open since 1912 and has been renovated keeping the decoration of the time. A few meters from the square you will also find the classic La Manzanilla tavern from the year 1900, it is a good place to try the wines of the province. Plaza Candelaria is also home of the famous carnival society „La Peña“, who awards prizes for the best carnival performances. For the rest of the year Plaza Candelaria is famous for his tranquillity and relaxed atmosphere.
