• Deluxe Double Room: only small dogs allowed.

• Pets are not allowed if the room is at maximum occupancy.

Private gatherings are not included with standard bookings but may be approved in advance for an extra fee. Quiet and respectful behavior is required at all times. Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Gathering hours are limited from 15:00 to 20:00. No parking is permitted on the public street during gatherings.

Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property unless prior authorization has been given by the hosts.
