Spacious villa to sleep up to 14. Close to beach and marina, with private heated pool, (heating optional extra) table tennis, pool table, jacuzzi, satellite TV and DVD. Good facilities for children. No need to hire a car! Great location for all age groups, particularly for families and golfers! 5 bedrooms all well spaced from each other. 3 bathrooms. Large comfortable living areas. Large games room within the house with snooker table. Various patio areas with sun and shade. Large covered outside eating area by BBQ and with table tennis and darts. Child safety fence around pool if requested (no charge) and all patio areas are gated. The pool is large and can be heated if requested between October - April. There is an additional charge - please ask.

I have a great team supporting me and between us we have a lot of experience. Our aim is to make sure you have a wonderful holiday! We are 'hands on' - when needed! We won't get in your way but we are here when you need us. I am not an absent all year owner! We maintain the pool and garden for you during your stay - you don't need to do anything. Except relax of course and enjoy your holiday!

Lovely - it has everything you need for a great holiday! Sandy beach; Puerto Marina with its great facilities, restaurants and bars; huge variety of tourist attractions (SeaLife, Water Park, Butterfly park.... etc); Andalusian white villages; Great city of Malaga - all within each reach.
