Casa de Pedro is a dream come true for Piotr 🤗. It is a house located very close to the sea – 100 meters and you are on a beautiful wide, sandy beach. It is a place that we have purchased to enjoy sunny vacations with our family and friends. When we are here together, everyone feels comfortable as the large space creates enough space for privacy, as well as for shared conversations or games. We believe that you will feel comfortable here and spend a memorable time. At your disposal there are: on the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a sofa that can be folded out with a remote control, a flat 55 'TV with Netflix, a Blue Ray console, games and blocks for children. Kitchen with all the necessary accessories, including a coffee machine and juicer. Use any available spices if you need to. A bathroom on the ground floor, a garden with a beautiful private palm tree 🌴, a garden set and two bicycles at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. On the top floor, you can enjoy the sea view on the upper terrace, from which you can observe whether the sea waves crashing on the shore are mild or rough. In the upper bedroom there are:
We bought a house in Costa del Sol to enjoy beautiful moments with our beloved family and friends. Travelling is our passion and we have already visited many beautiful places, but Spain charmed us with such diverse, breathtaking landscapes that we decided to find a second home here. We have already hosted many of our friends and this is not the end, because we love to share wonderful moments with others, only then they are valuable to us. We also decided to rent the house to other guests in order to be able to improve it and make it more and more beautiful.
When you come here, there will be no end to attractions 🤗. The Manilva Beach II development has two swimming pools and a tennis court. The house is situated right next to the beach, so walking along the sea and sunbathing will not require much organization. You just put on your flip-flops and in a minute, you are at the seaside to enjoy the wonderful view. You can rent sun loungers on the beach, last season one cost only 4 euros per day. Several beach restaurants serve delicious fish or seafood grilled on a boat. Meat lovers or vegetarians will also find something delicious. You will surely enjoy the short distance (15 minutes on foot) to the picturesque La Duquesa port with its various restaurants and bars. You can't overlook Gibraltar -approx. 40 minutes by car, charming, unique Estepona, approx (20 minutes) or Marbella (max. 40minutes). Our guests have admired Ronda, the rock-cut village of Setenil de Las Bodegas or Seville - you will surely not forget these places. These are just a few suggestions, and whichever direction you choose to visit, you won't be disappointed.
