Hello, we are Urbansuite - Gestión Turística and we will be delighted to welcome you in any of our flats. We will try at all times to make sure that your stay is perfect from the moment you arrive until you leave. Please note that you are booking an independent holiday home. We are not a hotel, nor a tourist apartment building, so we do not have a reception or a left-luggage office. This means that we need constant and fluid communication in order to be able to serve you without making us wait for each other on arrival. We do not accept bookings in the name of a third party or with nicknames. Identification will be requested at the entrance and must match the name on the reservation. No booking will be accepted if the person who made the booking is not present with their ID at the time of entry. Due to the characteristics of the property, we do not have a porter service nor will we be able to attend to you outside the established opening hours. EXTRAORDINARILY, we offer check-in between 20:00h and 23:00h provided that at least 24h notice is given and under an additional charge to be paid in advance upon arrival in order to attend to you, depending of final arrival time and season.

Casa Mariana is located in the historic centre of Cádiz, a few metres from the Central Market and the Tavira Tower, in a typical building of the historic centre of Cádiz, on a SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT. Please take this into account when booking. Casa Mariana is a spectacular flat for up to 4 people, recently refurbished, with all the details to ensure that our guests spend unforgettable days with us. 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, living room with fully equipped and integrated kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, soundproofed house with insulated windows, 3 Smart TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom), Wifi ... The kitchen is equipped with: Nesspresso coffee machine, large fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, blender and all the kitchenware our guests may need during their stay. Casa Mariana can be booked for families, but it is not adapted for children and does not provide elements such as cots, highchairs, etc... Our check-in service in person at the flat itself guarantees a closer and more personalised attention, with recommendations and explanations of our services. Our check-in hours are exclusively from 15:00h to 20:00h. For out-of-hours check-in you will need to request it in advance and there will be an additional cost to be paid on arrival, depending on the final arrival time and the season.

Neighborhood info

Casa Mariana is located in one of the most central locations in the city, just 3 minutes walk from the Mercado Central de Abastos and Torre Tavira and less than 15 minutes from the train/bus station and the seaport. With all the entertainment area, cafes, tapas bars, supermarkets and the food market in the surrounding area you won't have to worry about finding the best places in town. Casa Mariana is located on the SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT in a typical building in the historic centre of Cadiz. Access by car to the apartment is hard, so we strongly recommend leaving your car in one of the nearby car parks and coming on foot. The car parks recommended for their proximity are Parking San Antonio and Parking Campo del Sur. Both are just a 10 minute walk to the apartment.
