This apartment is located in Pedregalejo, a typical neighborhood of old fishermen, over time it has evolved into a promising city, especially the Services Sector. Nestled in the maritime zone with its numerous Restaurants and Shops. Located on one of the best beaches in Malaga, a cozy, quiet area, a discretionary, relaxing and cool environment, especially for resting. The Apartment has everything you may need (coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric stove with oven, etc.). You have many shops very close where you can buy Fruit, Meat, Fish and Seafood (from the area, very fresh). You have the bus and taxi stops very close, ideal for reaching the city center or the airport in less than 10 minutes. The beach is less than 50 meters away, as well as a wide promenade ideal for strolling or looking for a restaurant to eat or cafeteria / pubs where you can spend a quiet time enjoying views of the sea. If what you want is to take a course or attend a conference, it has a desk with an ideal seat to be comfortable for a long time while you do your homework, having Wi-Fi access to communicate online with your family or work. Our apartment does NOT have a gas supply, being all electric, as is the water heater and induction plate (stoves). For your safety and yours, it has a First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Alarm.

The N-340 road is just as close, with local bus stops for Málaga and the outskirts (Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Torrox, Nerja, etc.).
