Nice apartment with living room (convertible couch), 2 bedrooms (1 king size, and 2x1 bed), bathroom (shower), fully equiped kitchen (incl. kettle). 3mn to Caleta beach, the Genoves parc and the Falla theatre. 3rd floor, quiet surroundings, AC, Internet.
I love travelling, history, cinema, books, farniente too :)
The neighbourhood is very quiet, even in times of Carnival or "Semana Santa", you will not have the noise of passing by motorcycles or people shouting in the streets, like in most of the narrow streets of the center. One supermarket around the corner, and very near (San Rafael street) one bigget supermarket. The Central Market Abastos is 15mn walk from here (THE place to buy fish except Mondays).
