Access to the flat is via the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards. We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a telephone number available from 20:00h to solve any problem that may occur in the house. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations. 💶 The management company may request a security deposit, always with prior notice. ✔️ It will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

This flat is fully equipped and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has WIFI and air conditioning throughout the flat. It includes free parking with assigned parking space. We offer cot and high chair (on request). During your stay, you can enjoy free paddle surf boards (subject to availability. Deposit required) 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted. ATTENTION: Small parking space with limited capacity. Please note that this car park is only suitable for compact and medium-sized vehicles due to its small dimensions. It is not recommended for large cars or SUVs. For larger vehicles, we suggest looking for alternative parking nearby. (The measurements of the car park are 1.98 metres high, 2.20 metres wide and 4.80 metres long).

The nearest beach is La Caleta, which is a 3 minute walk away. You can take the bus line 2 or 7 to go to the new area of the city from the bus stops located on Avenida Campo del Sur a few metres away.
