Access includes a 1 km stretch of compacted dirt road, suitable for any vehicle. 🚗 The 80 m² house, distributed over two floors, offers a very welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and desk. Downstairs, there is a living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, and everything you need for your stay, as well as a second bedroom with views. It also features a main bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet by the pool. 🌞 It's located just minutes from the center of Ardales, the Conde de Guadalhorce Reservoir, and the Caminito del Rey, one of the area's major attractions.
