This elegant apartment is just in front of the sea. It is located in the best area of ​​Benalmádena and surrounded by all services (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, beach bars, etc.). It has just been renovated, modern and elegant decoration; Perfectly equipped for 5 people. It has air conditioning. You can forget about driving since everything is less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water heater, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom has a waterfall mixer tap, a thermostatic tap in the shower, a washing machine, a magnifying mirror, etc. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a cabinet with a lot of space to storage, a 42' Samsung TV and another bedroom with a single bed 90 and a large closet, a safe and spectacular views of the sea. The living room has a double sofa bed, a 40' Smart TV, a table for 6 people. The urbanization has a huge garden with 4 common pools. Community parking.
