Located next to the beach and Puerto Marina, this is a luminous newly and completely renovated apartment with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed, with ceiling-to-floor windows framing street palms, and mountain views, with a fully equipped kitchenette (including full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave/grill, and all appliances, dishes, and utensils necessary), a walk-in shower, washer and fresh towels. Enjoy the new air conditioning as well as the smart TV, free Wi-Fi and access to a lavish garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
