The property is situated right in the port of Duquesa. Sea views from the balcony/terrace remind you just how close to the beach you are (70 meters). As far as the location is concerned, you will find literally everything on your doorstep - the beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, mini market etc etc. Plenty of parking possibilities outside the block - naturally free of charge, but also a small private parking available across from the block (width 218cm). With 4 pools also at your disposal in the neighbouring block, you are never far away from a leisurely dip or lazy sunbath.
