This newly restored old house, dating back over 200 years, is a mix of old charm and new comfort. Located in a traditional building, at the heart of Cádiz, in the central district. The house is surrounded by all the landmarks, a mere 10 minute walk to the water, including the famous Playa de la Caleta beach, next to all restaurants, bars, plazas and parks... But in a quiet beautiful street, lined entirely with traditional Cádiz buildings dating back to the 1700s. You will dive into the past, but in a newly refurbished house that´s as confortable as charming!

I'm gaditana by birth and by heart, although I have lived, studied and worked all over the world. I will tell you where to go and what to do if you run out of ideas! I wish you to feel, not only welcome, but part of Cádiz!

The house is located by the archifamous Torre Tavira from where to admire the whole of Cadiz's roofs using the ancient technique of camera oscura. Also, the central market with dozens of stalls, welcome you for lunch and for dinner, letting you pick a tapa here, and a tapa there and try every single local delicacy! If you come during Carnaval, the house is right by the streets where it all happens. So is the Caleta beach, the magnificent botanical gardens of the Alameda or the Mina plaza and of course, the largest beach in town Playa Victoria, that you can also reach by foot on a mere 30 min stroll along the streets and later the water front. All in all, a blissful experience! Museum,s restaurants and bars are all around the house, you will need an extension of your stay or to come back again as there is so much to enjoy and experience in this special city!
