This duplex apartment features a living room, kitchen, toilet, terrace, and laundry room on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. It faces south, so you can enjoy plenty of sunshine on the main terrace during the winter, while in summer it remains cooler and receives less direct sunlight. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, in the laundry room, or on the master bedroom balcony. There are four air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms. You're just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the countryside, the estuary, and shopping centers, and 20 minutes from the town center. By car, you're ten to fifteen minutes from Huelva city and the coastal towns closest to Punta Umbría (El Portil and El Rompido). Portugal is 45 minutes away, and the towns of Isla Cristina and Ayamonte are even further. Seville is just an hour away.
The duplex is located in a lovely residential area, ideal for walks or for children to play outdoors. Parking is easy year-round, except on summer weekends, but it includes a private garage space. The complex's swimming pools and bar are closed outside of the summer season.
