There is no other apartment or hotel room in all Málaga with these amazing views above the mediterranean sea. You will enjoy the Malaga bay from 40 meters height with an exclusive perspective. It is a unique experience for all the senses: blue sight anyware you look, the sea´s smell, the sea brise and the waves crashing. Enjoy the dawn, the sunset or the seagulls just flying next to you, while lying on a chillout couch. Ear the waves and relax, or just take a walk along the beach when it is still empty and enjoy your breakfast after that while seeing the Malaga bay. Dear Guest, please be aware that starting the 30th january till 30th of march there will be TEMPORARY a scaffold in front of the building so that the SIGHT will be reduced. Therefore you become 24hours time to cancel your reservation. We inform you that the prices has been reduced for this reason.

At your arrival just relax: sit down at the couch, open the terrace door and breath the mediterranean Sea´s brise.

There are plenty of facilities at walking distance from the house. The muelle uno shopping mall at the havour of Malaga just 5 minutes walking distance. There are several nice restaurants around the bullfighting plaza of Malagueta which also at less than 5 minutes walking distance, like for example Refrectorium or if you just cross the street at the beach there are several chiringuitos (beach restaurants) like el cachalote or tropicana. Finally if you want to cook by yourself there are supermarkets and gourmet shops at 2 minutes walking distance.
