This beautiful penthouse on the first row right next to the Duquesa Golf Club in Manilva has everything you could want for a wonderful holiday. Elegant and modern penthouse with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with panoramic views of the sea and the golf course. All rooms have central air conditioning for cool evenings and in the fully equipped modern American style kitchen you can cook your favorite meals with a sea view. In the stylish living room there is a flat screen TV and free WiFi that covers the entire penthouse.. The wood-burning fireplace provides extra pleasant warmth during autumn and winter. With the large terrace of 20m2 you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, Duquesa Golf Club and Gibraltar. Only 800m to the sea and the nice beach Playa De Las Gaviotas. Sea view and direct access to the terrace from the living room and master bedroom. The penthouse has two terraces, a terrace at the front with sun loungers and a dining table for the whole family, there is also a BBQ grill. The second terrace with deckchairs with a lovely view of the garden. The penthouse is on one level and with a nearby lift for easy access to and from the private parking. The parking lot also has space for a golf cart Disabled toilet and no thresholds in the apartment. Thes accommodation is perfect for up to eight guests who also have access to two nice pool areas. Pets up to 5kg are welcome! As a rental company, we have no responsibility for areas in and around the community such as: Opening hours and availability for indoor/outdoor pools/gym/sauna/spa/parking in the area/ water pressure/padel courts or construction work in the area.
