Sea view terrace, beach 10 min walk, pools and gardens, and fast private WiFi — ideal for holidays, remote work and long stays (without excluding short breaks). Direct train connection to Málaga Airport and easy access to Málaga, Fuengirola and the rest of the Costa del Sol.
Enjoy a peaceful yet central environment. The outdoor terrace is perfect for breakfast or dinner with panoramic sea views. Inside, a glazed terrace extends the living room, creating a bright space to relax, read or work comfortably.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with two 105 cm beds (can be joined), a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, 65” Smart TV, and air conditioning (heat pump). For longer stays you’ll also find a large fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, wardrobes, iron and ironing board.
The residence offers 3 seasonal pools, large gardens, sunbeds and parasols, outdoor leisure areas, restaurant & cocktail bar, small supermarket, 24-hour reception and outdoor parking. A Mercadona supermarket is right next door.

Arroyo de la Miel is one of the most convenient and lively areas of Benalmádena, with cafés, restaurants, shops and excellent public transport. The apartment is in the iconic Hercules Building on Avenida Gamonal 4, a popular location for its comfort, safety and easy access to both the coast and the town centre.

The Benalmádena–Arroyo de la Miel train station is a short walk away, with direct links to Málaga, Málaga Airport and Fuengirola. Nearby bus stops connect you to Benalmádena Pueblo, Torremolinos and other parts of the Costa del Sol — perfect for guests arriving by flight and for easy day trips without a car.
Beach lifestyle
You can reach the beach and the seaside promenade on foot (around 10–15 minutes, depending on the route), with beach bars and restaurants along the way.
