Amazing villa renovated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, fully complete kitchen down to the smallest detail such as kettle and capsule coffee maker. It has a spacious master bedroom with its own terrace and beautiful views of the sea as well as and suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. Very cozy living room with fireplace and dining area overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Heated swimming pool available from October for an additional fee. Please ask about this service. You will find luxurious services such as a Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 people, a fireplace in the living room or independent air and heating in each room or ping pong table. The exteriors offer different environments: lounger area in the private pool, dining room next to the barbecue and chill out area to have a coffee near to the kitchen or enjoy the 350 days of sunshine that the Costa del Sol offers. Linen and towels included in the accommodation you will also ask the fee for the pool towels exclusively for your use. Cot / high chair available on request

The Torrequebrada area is a very quiet residential area. 1 km from the beach where you will find beach bars, supermarkets, promenade, gas station and more leisure areas. Parking available on the same street.
