It is distributed in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds in a trundle bed and a small balcony. It also has a full bathroom and a toilet for greater comfort. Good communication in public transport. The building is located between two beautiful parks, "El Parque del Oeste" and "Parque Chiquito de la Calzada" 100 meters from the beach "La Misericordia" and the wonderful seafront promenade "Antonio Banderas" Distances by car: Airport: 7 minutes Historic center : 7 minutes Walking along the seafront promenade you can reach the center in 40 minutes and by bus (line 7) in just 20 minutes
